Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from your organization's subscription page. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations stay active until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free Basic plan.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Basic plan is free forever and only needs an email address.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards through our payment processor. Bank transfer is available on yearly Ultra subscriptions on request.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling leaves your paid plan active through the end of the current period, then reverts you to the free Basic plan automatically. No long-term commitment.
Where is my data stored?
All customer data lives on encrypted servers in the EU (Germany). Backups are encrypted at rest. See our privacy policy for the full breakdown.
Is the price per seat?
No — the price is per organization. Invite up to your plan's member limit at no extra cost.
